NOISE SOURCE ESTIMATION DEVICE AND NOISE SOURCE ESTIMATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise source estimation device capable of estimating which member on a circuit board is a noise source. SOLUTION: This noise source estimation device is characterized by being equipped with a design information input part, an electromagnetic information input part and an estimation part. The design information input part inputs design information of the circuit board. The electromagnetic information input part inputs measured information of an electromagnetic wave radiated or conducted from the circuit board. The estimation part estimates which member on the circuit board is the noise source based on the design information and the electromagnetic information. It can be estimated in this way which member on the circuit board is the noise source based on the design information of the circuit board which is a measuring object. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
