PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing in weight and preventing its side plates from deformation. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is structured so that a plurality of tubes 2 admitting flowing-through of a fluid and a plurality of corrugated fins 5 are laminated to form a heat exchange core 7. Tanks 3 and 4 are connected to the ends of the tubes 2, and side plates 6 are attached to the two sides of the core 7, whereto the joining parts between the tubes 2 and the corrugate fins 5 are brazed solidly.
