PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain plug of a liquid feeder in which a rubber drain plug insertion part is permanently, elastically and tightly attached to an inner surface of a drain pipe against secular changes or cooling of the drain plug of a cooling water tank, and cooling water in the cooling water tank does not leak from a drain port formed in the liquid feeder. SOLUTION: The liquid feeder comprises a cooling water tank provided in a liquid feeder body to store cooling water, a spouting member which is fitted to an outer side of the liquid feeder body to spout the liquid cooled by the cooling water in the cooling water tank, the drain pipe to drain the cooling water in the cooling water tank, and the drain port corresponding to the drain pipe. The drain plug to close the drain port has a cap part to cover the drain port and an insertion part in contact with the drain pipe, and elastic ribs are provided on the insertion part in a circumferential manner.
