PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long footing packing interposed between a strip footing and a groundsill extending over the full length, improved in air permeability and accomplishing drying for contact surfaces of the strip footing and the groundsill. SOLUTION: The strip footing 1 is a long body having a suitable length, and connected in series to be used. A large number of air vents 2 penetrating through in the cross direction are formed in the packing 1. The upper surface or lower surface of the vent hole 2 is provided with an open part 3, and the open parts 3 are formed along the longitudinal direction and the cross direction of the packing on the upper and lower surfaces, alternately. A cutout 10 for absorbing concrete placing burr of the strip footing is formed on both edges of the back of the packing 1. A hole 6 for an anchor bolt is provided continuously extending over the total length in the central part of the flat surface of the packing 1.
