PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven heat insulation performance by fitting a foam heat insulating material and a bracket simultaneously with concrete placing work, to prevent lowering of performance of heat insulating material by securing an air permeable layer, to improve durability of a facing material, and to simply adjust non-landing and correct the position of the fitting hardware. SOLUTION: An adjust bolt 7 is screwed in a bracket 5 simultaneously driven with placing of concrete and fixed by a fixing nut 8. A non-landing adjust nut 8A is put in to adjust non-landing, a furring strips receiver 10 is put in and correctly located in the lateral direction, and a fitting nut 8B is put in and fastened. A vertical furring strip 9 is set and a tapping small screw 11 is screwed in to fix the vertical furring strip 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
