PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively charged toner for two-component development which enables stable formation of a high quality picture without causing photoreceptor contamination even in a high-speed copier/printer, and to provide a positively charged two-component developer containing the toner and a production method of the toner. SOLUTION: In the positively charged toner for two-component development, the toner contains a binder resin, a colorant, a releasing agent and an external additive. Therein, the release agent contains a wax having a melting point of 50-120°C, the external additive contains positively charged silica having the absolute deviation of the error with respect to the approximation linear line expressing the sticking state between silicone atom and carbon atom≤0.1 and having the isolation rate≤5% and, further, ferrite carrier having the saturation magnetization of 40-100 kA/m is used together.
