PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional gas detector that requires a large scale for detecting ion mobility speed and cannot be installed at the tip of an arrow or a rod, and accordingly, the dangerousness of a dangerous object possibly containing an agent such as an explosive not been determined while securing safety. SOLUTION: Since the thin film of a semiconductor reacting with the vapor or powder of the agent is small in size, the thin film of the semiconductor can be built in the rod or the arrow to be used as a small gas detector. In this way, the dangerousness of the object can be determined from a remote place. Consequently, the dangerousness of the object can be determined by means of the small gas detector from a remote place in which safety can be ensured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
