PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard disk drive device preventing the output of video/ music data from being interrupted even when a traveling track and map data in car navigation are recorded/reproduced while reproducing and outputting the video/music data. SOLUTION: In an HDD 100, the recording/reproduction of the map data and the reproduction of past traveling track data are performed through a first interface 121 connected to a system bus 90. The compressed data of video images and music are outputted through a second interface 122 to an MPEG decoder 40. The compressed data of the video images and the music outputted from the HDD 100 are expanded in the MPEG decoder 40, outputted to a video/ music reproducing device 70 and outputted into a vehicle compartment as the video images and the music.
