PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a program table of programs viewable in the future in advance, and particularly to create a program table of programs viewable at a location and at some time in the future where a viewer is expected to be present when the viewer is going to move. SOLUTION: A program table creating device comprises a means for setting time, a means for setting locations, and a means for creating a program table including programs receivable at a prescribed location at the prescribed time.
