PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simply update software of mobile communication terminals for both manufacturer and user sides. SOLUTION: A management system side distributes new software to a mobile communication terminal 1 of each user. The mobile communication terminal 1 has a communication processor 22 controlled by a communication CPU 61, and an application control processor 23 controlled by an application CPU 71. When the software for the communication is distributed from the management system side, the CPU 71 controllably stops the communication processing part 22, and updates the software of the communication processing part 22. When the software for the application is distributed from the management system side, the CPU 61 controllably stops the application control processing part 23, and updates the application control processing part 23.
