PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper connection management in an open radio communication system. SOLUTION: In a radio LAN (local area network) system 1, an internal terminal to be authenticated at an AP (access point) 10 and an external terminal to be authenticated by an authentication server 40 are set, when communication by the internal terminal and communication by the external terminal are performed at the AP 10, the communication by the internal terminal is preferentially treated. Consequently, excess communication ability at the AP 10 is properly opened to a third party (a person except a user of the internal terminal) without pressing the communication of the internal terminal even when the radio LAN system is opened to the third party. In addition, a user of the external terminal is enabled to access the Internet 40 via an optional AP 10 by providing a connection means to a general radio LAN and advanced network environment is easily provided at various places.
