PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing the input information for storing and analyzing the information by a system similar to the human cerebral nerve system, and a method and system for organizing the pattern of the input information. SOLUTION: When there are a plurality of patterns having scalars indicating specific characteristics as attributes and expressed as a set of units of specific information, the strength of combination of all the patterns is suppressed prescribed times by using rules including a prescribed negative coefficient of suppression.
