PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing, at a portable terminal, input support with a support computer connected by a network. SOLUTION: In the support computer connected via the network, a screen of the portable terminal including an operation panel of the portable terminal of a user is shared, communication is performed with voice using the same network, and a desired operation of the user requested with the voice is performed by the shared support computer, thereby performing the input support.
