PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening member using a shape-memory material capable of shortening a time for heating the fastening member, and efficiently heating the fastening member relative to fastened members. SOLUTION: This fastening member holds and fastens a plurality of fastened members A and B. It is formed of a shape-memory material 4. It is formed in such a shape that fastening can be released under heated condition to memorize the shape. It is secondarily processed into a shape capable of fastening at temperatures at which it is not restored to the memorized shape. A microwave absorption material 5 is applied on its surface.
