PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost leader structure of a base isolation structure building applicable even to a general building. SOLUTION: This leader structure for the base isolation structure building is so formed that a base isolator 13 is interposed between a foundation 12 and a building body 11 built on the foundation 12, the foundation 12 and the building body 11 relatively moving in the both sides of a division line L, and the leader T allowing the rainwater to flow down and drain are provided in the base isolation structure building 10. The leader T is divided into a building side leader part 20 fixed to the building body 11 and draining the rainwater from a lower part opening 20a, and a foundation side leader part 30 fixed to the foundation 12 and having an upper part opening 30a allowing the rainwater drained from the lower part opening 20a of the building side leader part 20 to flow therein. The lower part opening 20a of the building side leader part 20 and the upper part opening 30a of the foundation side leader part 30 are faced to each other and, when the foundation and the building body 11 is relatively moved, the both parts are relatively moved in the both sides of the division line L.
