PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-foul toilet for inhibiting scattering of urine in a public toilet by overcoming the disadvantage of the conventional toilet that since there is no mark for urine in a urinal, so carelessly his needs are done, resulting in scattering of urine to displease a person using the toilet later.
