A squeezer (3) is made of flexible material and formed in cylindrical shape such that the hollow size of the squeezer becomes gradually smaller from first end to position near the other end and becomes gradually greater from the position near the other end to the endmost portion of the other end. Slits (4) are formed in the peripheral wall of the squeezer by extending in axial direction. The squeezer is fitted in the mouth of a receptacle (1) for storing liquid. An application shaft (11) is inserted into the receptacle through the squeezer.
