PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply system capable of easily adjusting temperature and hot-water outflow rate and providing stable hot water outflow. SOLUTION: A header device 2 is provided with a mixing valve 21 for mixing hot water from a water heater 1 and cold water from a water supply pipe 4, a flow control valve 22 for adjusting the hot-water outflow rate of the hot water mixed in the mixing valve 21, and a header control means 23 for controlling mixing ratio of the mixing valve 21 and the hot-water outflow rate of the flow control valve 22. A water faucet 3 is provided with an operation device 9 having an operation means for setting hot water outflow temperature and the hot-water outflow rate and a terminal control means for outputting a set signal indicative of the set temperature and the like. The header control means 23 controls the mixing valve 21 and the flow control valve 22 based on the set signal output from the terminal control means and causes the hot-water outflow at the set temperature and the set flow rate from the hot-water faucet 3.
