PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator reducing the number of components and strengthening glass supporting strength. SOLUTION: In the window regulator equipped with a glass 107 movably provided in the opening and shutting direction, a lift arm bracket 113 having a guide section extended to a direction at approximately right angles to the opening and shutting direction of the glass 107, a glass connecting means 115 connecting the lower end of the glass 107 to the lift arm bracket 113, a lift arm 105 rotationally driven by a driving source and a roller 117 movably engaging with the guide section of the lift arm bracket 113, the lift arm bracket 113 is made of a metal, the glass connecting means 115 is made of a resin, and the glass connecting means 115 is integrally formed on the lift arm bracket 113.
