PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of a display device, which technique makes the checking work of a display section by an inspector easier and can prevent the damage of the display section itself with the display device having the display section to be brought into sight by projecting or drooping. SOLUTION: The display device for making a display operation by bringing the display section into sight from the device body is formed by providing the display section with means for restraining the display section to maintain the display state by restraining the display section with other member or area.
