PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature detecting means installed in a blower from being affected by a heat radiated from a heater in a hot air circulating cooker for heating the air discharged from the fan by the heater in a duct and blowing the heated air into a heating chamber. SOLUTION: The fan 20 sucks the air in the heating chamber 11 from an inlet 32, and discharges the air to an upper duct 25 and a lateral duct 26. An upper heater 40 and a lateral heater 41 are installed in the upper duct 25 and the lateral duct 26 to heat the air passing the ducts and discharge the heated air from an upper outlet 30 and a lateral outlet 31. A temperature detecting means 100 is disposed in the fan casing 21 of the fan 20 at a position apart from the upper duct 25 and the lateral duct 26. The temperature detection means 100 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the fan casing 21 positioned parallel with and opposed, through a space, to the outer wall surface of the heating chamber 11.
