PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give efficient treatment to organic component containing gas and organic component containing waste liquid at the same time. SOLUTION: An organic component containing gas and waste liquid treatment device 1 comprises a duct 4 for supplying an organic solvent gas (organic component containing gas) to a compressor 3 in a gas turbine 2, a fuel oil pipe 6 for supplying a fuel oil to a combustor 5, a waste liquid supply pipe 7 for supplying organic solvent waste liquid (organic component containing waste liquid) to the combustor 5, an automatic selector valve 8 for change-over between the supply of the fuel oil from the fuel oil pipe 6 to the combustor 5 and the supply of the organic solvent waste liquid from the waste liquid supply pipe 7 to the combustor 5, and a solvent restoring device 9 provided on the way of the waste liquid supply pipe 7. During the start and low load of the treatment device 1, the automatic selector valve 8 is changed over to the side of the fuel oil pipe 6 in accordance with the detection temperature of a temperature sensor 16 and odored components in the organic solvent gas are decomposed and removed by combustion gas of the fuel oil. During high load, the automatic selector valve 8 is changed over to the side of the waste liquid supply pipe 7 and the combustion of the organic solvent waste liquid and the treatment of the organic solvent gas are performed at the same time.
