PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety valve which stably works with excellent reproducibility, corresponding to the inner pressure of a device. SOLUTION: When the pressure inside of a piping 1 provided with the safety valve achieves the blow-out pressure or the reseating pressure of the safety valve, a pressure direction relay 12 and a pressure switch 11 of a vibration generating means are operated to operate a hydraulic cylinder 15 through a solenoid valve 14, and the vibration is applied to a lever pin 9, and a valve rod 6 is moved in a direction for push-up or a direction for push-down through a spring 7 to assist and securely operate the safety valve just before the allowable limit when the safety valve does not work nor reseat due to some cause.
