<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device wherein conductive particulates in developer supplied onto an image carrier are stably supplied to the last at a low cost, irrespective of a severe environment and the user's using situation, and also, toner can be satisfactorily electrified, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge equipped with the developing device. <P>SOLUTION: A valve member 45 is arranged at the boundary opening part 8 between the developing part 41 and the developer storing part 42 in the developing device 4, and the valve member 45 is constituted so that a direction of a segment α drawing from the fixed end to the oscillating end of the valve member 45 in a closed state lies between a horizontal line β and a vertical line γ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
