The crankcases of the two cylinder four stroke engine are modified to have a two stroke engine crankcase. Feed tubes (3) connect the pump casings to the cylinder heads so that the tubes from the crankcases (A,C) can communicate and supply the cylinders. When the pistons descend the air from their pump cases supplies only one cylinder thereby resulting in supercharging.
