PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a data transmission rate of a mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: When the mobile communication terminal 408 can establish a wireless channel with a base station 405 but cannot reserve a sufficient data transmission rate, the mobile communication terminal 408 requests the base station 405 to add a wireless channel. The base station 405 supplies information required to a establish a wireless channel such as a spread code channel used by other base station 404 to the mobile communication terminal 408.
