PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a CV cable capable of omitting the time and labor for transporting a drum in which a cable core is wound for a warming process for removing methane gas in a CV cable core, eliminating necessity for installing a specific apparatus or structure, such as a heater wire in a cable conductor to simplify the process and lighten a work load to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing line of a power cable is equipped with a three-layer simultaneously extrusion molding machine extrusion-molding an inside semiconducting layer, an insulating layer, and an outside semiconducting layer from a cross head on a cable conductor, and when the extruded cable core 2 is heated for crosslinking and cooled and wound with a winding machine, the winding machine 3 is covered with a heat-insulating member 4, insulated from ambient atmosphere, and housed in a heat insulating chamber 5, the inside atmosphere of the heat insulating chamber 5 is warmed with a warming device 6, and a crosslinked CV cable core is wound on the winding machine.
