<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell where external output extraction connection can be surely formed only in a desired region. <P>SOLUTION: This solar cell is configured of a semiconductor substrate having a p-n junction and an electrode connected to the semiconductor substrate, and the electrode on at least either the surface or back face is configured of a first electrode and a second electrode, whose portion is at least disposed so as to be overlapped with the first electrode.
