<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for cooperative sale of digital contents for flexibly performing businesses including distribution, charge and exhibition of diversified digital contents on a network by combining various kinds of enterprises without identifying the enterprises for performing a distribution business, a charging business and an exhibition business. <P>SOLUTION: A content control server (d) is arranged on network terminals 2, 3, 4,... of a distribution enterprise, a charging enterprise and an exhibition enterprise, and a data file 7 to freely define the distribution enterprise, the charging enterprise and the exhibition enterprise for every digital content handled on the network 5 is saved.
