<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management and communication system for sentences addressed to an event managing the total number of telegrams by connecting between an event place and an electronic sentence communication requester by a network via the Internet and reducing the delivery to a wrong address and a lead time from a request to the delivery which has been unable to be implemented in the conventional telegram. <P>SOLUTION: A responsible person of the event place inputs and releases database of event information promoted by an event sponsor via the communication network, the electronic sentence communication requester connects to the prescribed database and inputs and transmits an arbitrary sentence of the electronic sentence communication requester. The sentence inputted and transmitted by the electronic sentence communication requester to the event released by the responsible person of the event site is connected to the database and printed on a prescribed paper sheet into a single card and a list, while the responsible person of the event site transmits the printed single card and the printed list to the event sponsor, and at the same time, transmits a magnetic floppy disk (registered trademark) recorded with the data of the post code, the address, and the name of the electronic sentence requester thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
