<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device wherein ununiformity of the gap between substrates can be prevented or suppressed by using an absolute minimum number of spacers, to provide a method for manufacturing the liquid crystal device, and to provide an electronic equipment provided with the liquid crystal device. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection layers 16 reflecting light are formed partially on a lower substrate 2 and spacers 17 coated with a sticking layer whose sticking force is lowered by UV irradiation are disposed between the lower substrate 2 and an upper substrate 1 selectively above the reflection layers 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
