<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high illumination light intensity in addition to guaranteeing the facility of production in a lighting system for product inspection in which a plurality of emitters are arranged on a curved concave face. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting system is equipped with a plurality of emitters; a printed board having a notch in a part, an annular shape, and capable of curving in the thickness direction; and a radiation plate having almost the same shape as the printed board as viewed from a plane side, and capable of curving in the thickness direction, and the plurality of emitters are mounted on an emitter mounting surface of the printed board in a state that the printed board is kept in a plane state, one notch side of the printed board and the other notch side are joined or held closer so that the emitter mounting surface is positioned on the concave side, and one notch side of the radiation plate and the other notch side are joined or held closer, and a adhesion surface provided on the concave face of the radiation plate is adhered to an opposite emitter mounting surface of the printed board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
