<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation of brightness due to resistance of wiring connected to an electrode of an organic luminous element. <P>SOLUTION: A scanning line 106, a signal line 109, a first current supply line 110, a second current supply line 111 are formed on a glass substrate 116, a first electrode 115 is formed on this wiring layer, and on the first electrode 115 is formed a positive hole transport layer 121 as an organic layer, a luminous layer 122, an electron transport layer 123, and an electron injection layer 124. On the electron injection layer 124, a second electrode 125 is formed as a negative electrode, and the first electrode as a positive electrode is connected with a plus terminal of a power source through a driving element and the first current supply line 110, and the second electrode 125 as a negative electrode is connected with a minus terminal of the power source, and at the same time, a contact hole 114 as a power-feeding point is connected with the second current supply line 111 to lower a fluctuation of brightness inside a panel by lessening a wiring resistance by the second electrode 125. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
