PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw with balls to be endlessly circulated, wherein a separator laid between balls is prevented from hitting the level difference of a joint between a top moving groove and a nut rolling groove, resulting in clogging trouble when the balls are moved from the top moving groove to the nut rolling groove. SOLUTION: The ball screw comprises a shaft rolling groove and the nut rolling groove in which the plurality of balls roll, spirally formed in a shaft and a nut, respectively, and the moving groove tying adjacent portions of the nut rolling groove, formed in the top fixed to the nut, wherein the balls guided by the moving groove are circulated over a screw thread formed between the adjacent portions in the axial direction of the shaft rolling groove. The separator is arranged between the balls and chamfers are formed on the both side faces at the spiral end of the nut rolling groove formed between the adjacent portions in the axial direction.
