PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low posture, wide area antenna device. SOLUTION: A substance whose conductivity is 0.1 or more and 10.0 or less is interposed as an interposed object 3 between a conductor ground board 1 and a radiating conductor 2 to reduce the reflection of a signal, to realize a broad band, and to obtain a sufficient gain so that it is possible to realize an extremely low posture, wide area antenna device. Also, a magnetic body whose relative permeability is greater than 1 and almost 8 or less is interposed as the interposed object 3 between the conductor ground board 1 and the radiating conductor 2 to realize a thin broad band antenna device having a sufficient gain.
