PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring device achieving a frame structure with a conventional spring and allowing the use of the longer spring for a frame. SOLUTION: An elastic device has a substantially cylindrical case and at least one elastic member arranged in the case. Herein, at least one guide member (129, 137 or 145) is arranged between the outer periphery of the elastic member (128, 135, 136 or 144) and the inner periphery of the case (125, 131 or 140) for supporting the elastic member (128, 135, 136 or 144) in its radial direction.
