SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGING POINT DISTRIBUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of consumers by unifying point cards while keeping differential from other stores or other enterprises.

SOLUTION: A point exchange center device 10 stores utilization limit information to indicate acceptance/rejection of points between stores and enterprises. The point exchange center device 10 notifies the customers of the point number which is unlimited in use in one store, i.e., usable in the store out of the points accumulated in a point card 7 of a customer based on utilization limit information. In addition, the point exchange center device 10 calculates the balance of common points of the customers based on the point number utilized by the customers and the above available point number.
