<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job offer information processor and a job offer information processing method in which a plurality of sets of job off information are received free of charge, and disclosed free of charge, and when a job-seeking person is interviewed by a hiring person, the commission for reception or disclosure is charged to the hiring person, and if there is no application to the job offer, charges for list, manufacture, reception and disclosure of the job offer information need not be paid by the hiring person. <P>SOLUTION: Job offer information from a plurality of hiring persons 7 is received free of charge (Steps 001 and 002), the plurality of sets of job offer information are accumulated and disclosed free of charge (Step 003).
