<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayer circuit board which is reduced in earth capacity, provided with a small inductor that has a high self-resonant frequency and superior high-frequency characteristics and is built in at a low cost, and capable of dealing with high-frequency radio waves such as microwaves or milliwaves. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic multilayer circuit board is equipped with conductor patterns and has a multilayered structure containing at least an air layer. A plurality of columnar structures containing a ceramic columnar structure are provided in the above air layer, and the ceramic multilayer circuit board is equipped with the conductor patterns which are confronted with each other through the intermediary of the air layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
