<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide securities or the like capable of making an enterprise acquire a fund easily by issuing the securities or the like, wherein the maturity of a principal is not indicated although a dividend expression, an interest rate expression, and a surety expression are indicated, and for serving as a new financial product for an investor. <P>SOLUTION: The securities for acquiring the fund delivered in exchange for the fund acquired by the enterprise is constituted of the dividend expression that the enterprise distributes a profit obtained as a result of business activity of the enterprise to an owner of the securities, the interest rate expression that the enterprise pays periodically an interest rate to the owner of the securities, and the surely expression that the nation, a local public entity or another public corporation ensures a repayment of the fund acquired hereinbefore or the repayment and payment of the fund acquired and the interest rate within the limit determined preliminarily, when the enterprise is not able to pay the interest rate according to the interest rate expression because bankruptcy or business depression, and those expressions are printed by a printer respectively in the securities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
