<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case structure which has a function to lock a lid so as to stop it from turning in the direction in which the lid is loosened when the lid is mounted on a base and equipped with a means of unlocking the lid. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus case has a structure in which the lid with a threaded part is screwed on the base with a threaded part on which an electronic apparatus is mounted as a reverse rotation preventive member is interposed between them. A pawl which locks the lid so as to stop it from turning in the direction in which the lid is loosened, and an unlocking lever, are provided to the reverse rotation preventive spring material, and a recess fitted to the pawl is provided to the lower part of the lid.
