<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage seats when seat users are not determined. <P>SOLUTION: In this seat management system 1, a seat management server 30 is accessed by a cellular phone 20 to acquired lay-out information of the seat and seat information. A user of the cellular phone 2 can thereby confirm easily that any seat is used, who uses it, and the like, when the seat user is not determined, and the user of the seat is easily managed.
