PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road-surface snow-melting device in which large-scale installation works are made unnecessary and an construction cost is also reduced. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 circulating an antifreezing solution L for collecting heat is installed in an existing reservoir W while a radiating pipe 2 circulating the antifreezing solution N for a heat dissipation is buried just under a road surface R. Heat is collected from water in the reservoir W by the heat exchanger 1, the temperature of the heat is increased by a heat pump 3, and heat is dissipated by the radiating pipe 2 and snow on the road surface R is melted. The heat exchanger 1 is constituted of a pipe made of a synthetic resin, and can be formed in a loop type wound in a coil spring shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
