PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an arrival azimuth detectable for even a target having no self-radio emission. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an azimuth detection device having an azimuth measuring antenna, for calculating the azimuth of an incoming target by detecting a radio wave from the incoming target, and a plurality of radio wave launching devices installed on positions apart from the azimuth detection device, for emitting continuous waves with mutually different frequencies in the all-around directions. Each reflected wave generated by being emitted from each radio wave launching device and by being reflected by the incoming target is received by the azimuth measuring antenna of the azimuth detection device, and azimuth detection of the incoming target is performed based on the azimuth wherein each reflected wave agrees with each other.
