The method for producing the prosthesis consists of shaping lips (2) in a tube (1) of a textile membrane. Concentric stamping of three lips with identical surfaces is made on a part reproducing the geometry of the lips of a heart valve in the artery closed position on cylindrical segments (4). Independent claims are included for a device for carrying out the method and a prosthesis obtained suing the method.
