The filter has a noise compensation transistor (108) connected in series to a switching transistor (101) between the switching transistor and input terminal of an operational amplifier (113). The transistor (108) cancels the feed through noise generated by the switching transistor, when a signal of polarity inverted from switching control signal is applied to a gate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) high order switched capacitor filter circuit; and (2) method of fabricating a switching capacitor filter circuit.
