<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a trouble may occur due to competition of hardware resources with the instruction of an information processing terminal, when the main control section of a composite facsimile machine tries to perform operation locally, requiring the hardware resources such as scanners and printers. <P>SOLUTION: When there are a first interface 116 that has a plurality of logic channels and receives recording data from an external processing apparatus 141, a recording section 115 for recording images based on the recorded data, a second interface section 114 for connecting with the recording section 115; and the recorded data that are received by the first interface 113, the recorded data are transmitted to the recording section 115 via the second interface 114 for recording, when a recording semaphore can be acquired.
