<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support service when a user selects a hospital for making appointment with it. <P>SOLUTION: When the user transmits an assigned hospital information retrieving condition from a user terminal 1 to a hospital selection mediating server 2, the hospital satisfying the condition is retrieved from a hospital information DB and a doctor information DB in a data memory 3 based on the assigned hospital information retrieving condition assigned by the hospital selection mediating server, hospital information and medical doctor information of a retrieved result are transmitted to the user terminal, and the hospital information and medical doctor information transmitted from the hospital selection mediating server are displayed on a displaying part in the user terminal. When the user transmits an assigned prescribed reservation request from the user terminal to the hospital selection mediating server, the hospital selection mediating server examines the presence of a problem in the reservation request to settle the reservation when no problem is found, and the server reads member information of the reservation-settled user from a member information DB to transmit the settled reservation information to a hospital terminal 4 and the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
