<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitter capable of pseudo-synchronizing a transmitting side data clock with a receiving side data clock even in an environment in which clocks cannot be transmitted, sufficiently removing jitters or the like and performing stable data processing operation on the receiving side without omitting data. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving buffer monitor part 25 samples the quantity of data accumulated in a receiving buffer 21 at an interval of 20 ms and calculates a mean value of sampling values per minute. A clock control part 26 controls a voltage controlled quartz oscillator 27 on the basis of the mean value calculation result and a data processing part 23 demodulates sound data by the controlled clocks. Consequently, jitters or the like can be sufficiently removed and stable data processing operation can be performed without omitting data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
