PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize most of the light generated by a coil filament of a downward light for lighting a road. SOLUTION: A second coil filament 2 is positioned on a projection plane E which is perpendicular to a reference plane B such that a side 2a in the side of a dimming hood 4 of a projected image on the projection plane E of the second coil filament 2 is positioned between a reference axis A and the dimming hood 4 over the total length of the second coil filament 2, and the side 2a in the side of a dimming hood 5 of a projected image projected to the scale 1:1 onto the projection plane E of the second coil filament 2 has a predetermined spacing from the reference axis A.
